Cardio – Spot Running
You need to practise static running at one spot. This needs to be a vigorous running for about a minute at strestch.
For Stomach – Crunches
Lie down on the floor and bend your legs to 45 degrees. Now put your hands behind your head. Raise your head while breathing out and torso. Do this until the shoulders are slightly lifted. Now breathe in and go back to the starting position.
For Butts – Squats
First you should stand straight, with legs length apart. The legs should be as wide as shoulder length. Now bend down with butt going outwards until the legs are at 90 degree angle. Make sure you don’t bend your knees forward.
For Chest – Pushups
Lie face down on the floor. The hands should be wider than shoulder width. Keep them fully extended. Now breathe out and raise your body until your arms are fully extended. Go back to the original position while breathing out.
Wall Sit
Keeping your back straight and aligned to the wall, bend your knees. You need to bend till they are at 90 degree angle. Hold on to this position and count 15.
You should incorporate these exercises daily in your workout routine. You should also add repetitions to the regime as you progress. The above stated simple exercises will take less of your time and you can do these rights from the comfort of your home.
